Product Introduction
The portable IV tester is applied to the detection of power and generation efficiency of photovoltaic solar cells, which can rapidly assess the current electrical performance value, maximum power value, and other parameters of photovoltaic panels. Users can determine the current health status of photovoltaic panels based on the IV curve graph and the maximum power value.
The PV1500 features a dual-language interface in both Chinese and English, equipped with a one-key data export function, enabling simple and fast operation of the entire machine. Additionally, it possesses the capabilities of cumulative power generation testing and photovoltaic power station system efficiency (pr) detection. Users can utilize the PV1500 to simultaneously perform IV testing, power generation testing, PR testing, irradiance collection, and other functions.

0~1500V high-precision curve testing
Equipped with the latest resistance testing module from Qianyu Technology, it provides more precise detection for single components, with a maximum testing capability of IV curve testing for 1500V strings and series-parallel testing for 30A strings.
STC Rated Parameter Conversion Test
The IV test is compatible with over 95% of current photovoltaic panel specifications, allowing for faster switching between different specifications of module parameters. It automatically calculates the current power generation efficiency and conversion rate of the panel, helping users gain a more accurate understanding of the real parameters of the modules.
String testing
The string testing of photovoltaic power plants can quickly measure the power generation efficiency, short circuits, power generation, and other aspects of photovoltaic strings. It can also quickly screen the electrical performance between different strings, thereby categorizing MPPT parameters, screening inverter string efficiency, and improving the power output of the plant.
Single Module Testing
The PV1500 portable IV curve tester is equipped with a unique module power generation testing function that is compliant with the IEC61853 standard for module qualification testing adopted by Europe and the United States, or for local solar irradiance resource detection.
The tester offers a high-resolution testing mode with up to 400 points and Ethernet monitoring functionality that complies with the Modbus/tcp protocol, suitable for scientific research needs.
